During this procedure, a portion of the epidermis is removed and heat is sent into the lower levels of your skin. This gently removes the outer layers of skin.
The procedure only takes about ten to fifteen minutes. Once your skin begins to heal, new and healthy skin will be revealed. In addition to removing the damaged skin, the heat sent into the deepest layers helps to increase collagen production.
